Raiosha / Raiosya A school building completed in 2001 (2001). Located along Ginkgo Street, opposite Hiyoshi Media Center. The appearance of the south building of the Mita campus fused with the south school building. It is a school building mainly for faculty and staff, and is rarely used by students.

Going from Hiyoshi Station to Keio University's famous Ginkgo row of trees, at the corner of the crossroads is Building No. 10, which is called the “Courthouse” which seems to be taken from the words of founder Yukichi Fukuzawa. It is a glass-walled building with a ceiling. I went weekly for several years as a collaborator in the professor's class. The entire faculty building is not used by students. In the atrium space, there are occasions where a masterpiece comes out and events such as butoh and poetry reading are held. I met in the teacher's room on the 4th floor at the moment of the Great East Kanto Earthquake, but since it was a seismically isolated building, I felt like I was on a big ship and swayed by the waves. I was surprised. It is a central building on the Hiyoshi Campus, which is fully equipped with a private power generator and has a power outage, but the management room has electricity and stocked emergency bread.
