ちゃんと接客をしてくれる人と、客を選ぶ店員さんあり。味は良いのに少し残念です。 3年ぶりの感想。年末の忙しい時期に、本当に丁寧に接客してくださいました。多分不慣れなバイトさんでしたが、普段自分が接客する立場なので、真摯に対応していただけたのが感じられました。ホンマに味は言う事なしに美味いですので、また行きます。

ツマガリさんは関西ではあまりにも有名でしょうから、特に触れずに２Fをご紹介します。経営はツマガリさんとは違うらしいのですが、カフェでツマガリさんのケーキが戴けます（10時〜）。私は神戸へ来る度に、必ず其の前に此処でケーキを食べる為に寄ります。此の日は珈琲のお供にクッキーを２枚最初に付けてくれるだけでなく、ケーキを食べ終わった後に、「今バタークッキーが焼けたので」と更に２枚出してくれました。生憎珈琲を飲み干した後だったので、丁重にお断りしたところ、持ち帰り用に小さなビニール袋に入れて渡してくれました。

It is the most delicious restaurant in my life between Hanshin in the sweets fierce battlefield. It is located a little uphill from Hankyu Koyoen Station. You can rest assured that there are security guards in the parking lot. There are stores along the slope, so you can go down the stairs from the road and buy cakes in the basement. As a measure against corona, after ordering and paying, I started to wait outside the store to receive the product. The cream puff is not too sweet and can be eaten lightly enough that you can eat as many as you like. I had a cookie in a bag as a tasting. It is always crowded with many customers. You can buy cookies at department stores, but cakes are only sold at the main store, so we recommend that you go this far.

Even with the influence of this new corona, it is amazing that they are lined up as it is. I went there after 15:00, but it took me about 20 minutes to buy cookies and fresh cakes for Christmas. Is it better than usual? The parking lot nearby wasn't full, but I think it was a coincidence. There are three stages: when you enter the store, when you buy a product, and when you get a product! When. When you buy a fresh cake, it's also difficult to get one cookie!
