I bought a bed frame but it was broken. With that repair, I don't know why the freight forwarder puts a new part at home, takes it somewhere else on another day, and then comes to repair on another day. I went through the procedure. I waited three times at home for repairs. . . I wasn't informed of the procedure, and I was very confused. “Why do you bring it?” It took more than a month to repair, and frustration accumulated.
