I was worried because I saw the evaluation of other people, but it was a satisfying car rental with on-time transfer and very kind support. It seems that it is operated by a small number of people, so I felt that I could not deny the fluttering feeling during the busy season. In my case, I was able to use the phone and email promptly, and I was able to use it comfortably.

Since all the companies in the rental car were full, we used HJP Rent-A-Car which handles only electric bicycles. There was a part that was kind to me such as flexibly changing the battery of the electric bicycle, which was helpful. When I made a reservation, I was told that I had to go to the airport to pick up another customer. I was waiting at the hotel on the day before the time, but I was late for more than 10 minutes without contact. (In response to another customer ... Is it okay to respond to customers waiting at the airport next?) 2. The bicycle return time is 17:00, and if you are late, please contact me. I couldn't get a sense of travel time on the island, so if I made a phone call just to make sure that the return would be delayed by about 15 minutes, I was told to come in time with a strong tone and I think that it would be in time, so hurry up I headed in. I certainly arrived at the return place at 17:00, as I said on the phone, but I didn't pick up after 20 minutes. Then why did you say that you should return it on time? 3. Actually, I should have picked up at the store after returning, but I decided to move by myself because I didn't come to pick me up. If you are late for picking up for some reason, you will be convinced if you can contact us, but no contact is a too rough response. I understand that sometimes I get fluttered because I get the impression that it is operated by a small number of people, but it feels like it has been treated too much. There are various customers and it is not difficult to understand that it is difficult, and the customer side may be delayed for a long time, so the term punctuality may be used, but the side that keeps time Therefore, we have to feel that we are spending a wasteful waiting time. If you are really busy, it would be helpful if you could reduce the number of customers you receive and make each person a little more polite.

If you email, please make a reservation by phone. Even if you call, you will not be able to get out of business, and during that time you will be contacted by email and the status of the reservation will change. In addition, even if you contact us by e-mail, it is said that a reservation by phone is essential.
