Great selection of foods not found at normal supermarkets. As a foreigner in Japan, Gyomu is a necessity. Stock up on the stuff you can't get elsewhere! Good example is large containers of parmesan cheese, 1kg crushed garlic, beef and chicken stock, bacon and lamb shoulder, herbs and spices in large bags instead of silly little 10g glass bottles.
