Hello, I visited this special place last year. The location, the hospitality, the food it all was fantastic. Because of it's isolated location it makes it very special in Japan. The road leading to it is a bit of an adventure itself, only raising the expectation. The surroundings are absoluty wonderfull. The food ; so good!! I can only recommend this experience to everybody! * Evaluation when visiting more than a year ago "Montval Noyama" is located at the end of the road from Minamata city area to Yunotsuru Onsen, and just climbed up. There is a restaurant here where you can dine while overlooking a vast ranch full of greenery (*'▽' *) I wish I had all these facilities and equipment on such a mountain! I admire you (* ´ω` *) Of course, the meat and sausages served at the restaurant are ranch products (^ o ^) What I received this time was a special limited menu that was different from the standard menu. Consomes-pu with cut homemade ham is delicious (° ▽ °) It seems that the umami of ham also blends into the soup ♪ The main dish was pork ham steak, but the thick ham steak is good enough to eat! It wasn't perfect ham, it was half ham, half looked and textured like raw pork (= ´∀ ｀) Hmm? Of course, it also has a flavor and is delicious as it is, but you can use a knife and fork with a white sauce (I forgot the name) (˘ω˘) Mogumogu ♪ The homemade sauce I ordered separately has a nice burnt aroma and taste (*'▽' *) A crispy, crunchy, juicy gravy. I was satisfied with the lunch that I could have in such a wonderful place (* ´꒳` *) As of September 27, 2020, the restaurant is temporarily closed, but it seems that the ranch, direct sales of products, and online shops are open. It seems better to visit after checking (^-^) /

We went on Saturday afternoon, but the restaurant had a couple of guests and a barbecue was with us. When I asked for a barbecue set instead of all-you-can-eat, I was quite waiting, the meat was delicious, but the core of cabbage came out and dried carrot pumpkin came out. It was a clerk who received the order, but it was a lot of mistakes, and I was charged at an all-you-can-eat rate. We talked to another customer at the barbecue and talked about each other's ordered set, but they were not all-you-can-eat. I wondered what was wrong with that number of customers, and I felt bad.

I went to lunch today. There is no lunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. It was a set menu. A little more expensive than lunch. Fresh meat skewer After eating, while looking at outside goats, sheep and donkeys I took a walk. When you extend your leg to the FACTORY of the processed goods There was a waterfall and a bell of happiness. On the way, wild niece is Chorochoro Came out 😄 The site is still under construction, I can still do something.

You can choose either a restaurant or a barbecue. The raw wiener that comes to the barbecue is really delicious.
