Boulangerie MAISON NOBU

I just have two mini croissants 🥐 : so good crispy and real butter. The baker was well trained in France and Germany. There is less and less authentic baker like Maison Nobu in France.

I've been looking for a real bakery in Japan but all I see are franchised shops using frozen dough, and making cheap sweet like bread. I finally found one. think this is the very best artisan bakery in Japan.

The croissants are the best ... Let's aim for freshly baked croissants!

The bread itself is delicious.

I love raisin walnuts. Mountain-shaped bread is also delicious, so I use it about once a week. Recently, the number of customers has increased and it is often sold out. It's delicious, so it can't be helped.
