When I wanted to renew regular use, the machine for renewal was stopped and could not be used. The reception end time was too early at 20:00 and the update was not possible. I wanted the machine alone to run 24 hours a day. I think if you get a card issuance fee of 500 yen for new registration, you will really be surprised.
