I agree with the other negatives. I did really like this place. Nicely decorated and bright. Second visit, night package finished at 7:07, I paid at 7:10. The staff charged me an extra 10 minutes and didn't allow me to get a coffee when leaving. I asked why this price, he said tax, too scared to say extra charge. Just rude for no reason. I'll find a hotel or another cafe next time. I put my membership card in the trash. Many people stay in these cafés for sad reasons. This cheap thinking hurts. I gave 5 stars first visit, very disappointed. If they charged me for the extra time, who couldn't I get a drink? But they made an extra 100 yen and saved a coffee so they made extra money. 👍

Really nice cafe. Simple, clean, and bright colors. Only they don't tell you when your package is finishing which I was a little disappointed about. So if I didn't keep track, I would pay extra.

[Bankruptcy] The operating company of the internet cafe "Popeye" goes bankrupt It seems like this has happened, so I recommend it now that the number of manga cafes from Ofuna station is decreasing.

It's a new shop, so it's very clean and good. I entered a completely private room and made it a bare room, but there was an air conditioner even though one room was not so big. The point is that it is auto-locking. I'm a little disappointed with the number of manga types.

Air conditioning can be adjusted in all rooms. It's clean. It's not such a large store, but I feel that there are quite a few manga types. There are also old works. There aren't many shelves, so it might be better to check in advance if you're looking for comics. At other stores, if I forgot my membership card, I was able to enter with my ID card, but Ofuna store reissued it at an additional cost.
