A small, beautiful and delicious bakery with one of the best tarte aux pommes I’ve had in Japan. The texture and taste of the bread is superb, but I was disappointed that an otherwise perfect chorizo bread actually had sausage pieces in it rather than chorizo - protected origins 🤔?

Sometimes I go back to Japan and bake bread. A female patissier named Mr. Shinada, who won the Galette des Rois competition in France, is like a resident chef patissier. Specializing in baked goods, I feel that bread technology is still developing. [★ 4 Baguette] It is a royal road type baguette. ① ★ 4. I won the championship, but it's a recipe with limited standards in the competition. (2) Slightly fragrant, slightly sweet, creamy and light, you can feel the high-quality taste. ③ Other breads are immature, but this one is finished properly. 《Financier》 The aroma of the last-minute grilling, butter and almonds are very fragrant. This shop is supervised by Mei Narizawa, who won the first female baguette tradition competition in France and the first foreigner to win the competition. Occasionally there is a person himself. It's great just to buy the best baguettes in France, but the people who usually come to the store are also those who have trained in France with Mr. Narizawa.
