There is a swing on the sandbox and a slide on the horizontal bar, so both small and large children can enjoy it. The slide is not too high and not too low. However, the drawback is that there are many mosquitoes.

Playground equipment is slides, swings, horizontal bars, and sandboxes. In the middle of a quiet residential area, the park next to the condominium is usually really quiet. You can hear the sound of the river flowing on the grounds of the next apartment.

It is a 5-6 minute walk from Okurayama Station. It features a passage retaining wall with a whale. Playground equipment is also available with swings, slides, sandboxes, and iron bars. No toilet.
