Parking lot of Lakeside Green Park adjacent to the residential area. The toilet is a solid building and is well cleaned.
You can park for free and the toilet is comfortable.

There is a sign with a threatening complaint that "we will identify vehicles other than park users," but it is a mystery whether it is actually done. Since post office trucks are often taking a break, it is a big problem to be identified (laugh)
Normally it is rare that it is full, but the cherry blossom season is full of things. Also, please note that there are some idiots who stop at the fireworks display before the parked car and go to see.
