This is my first yoga experience. The lesson started after listening to all the participants' conditions today and giving advice one by one. He took care of me as a beginner, moved to a place that was easy to see, and took a pose. Each word was easy to understand and accurate, and I could immediately imagine where to be aware even for the first time. Above all, I was energized by Saori's cuteness and brightness! I would like to continue.

I was looking for a place where I could go and teach carefully for the first time. There was a large number of people in the major classrooms and I was somewhat distracted, but this is a small group system, and I pay for it without paying an admission fee or annual fee. The teacher was cheerful and friendly, and when I first booked, I received several warm emails and was able to go without tension (* ^^ *) We can get you in touch with the slightest irregularities you feel in your daily life! I will continue to take care of my own pace!
