The tourism centre is a great starting place when you arrive in Arawa Onsen town. The staff were helpful in guiding me where to go for lunch & where are the day onsen where I could soak. They also recommended me to some sites to visit around the area!

People who are familiar with bicycles are renting bicycles that are "dangerous bicycles that give priority to watching and neglect the safety and make a decent cut". It is the worst tourist information center that does not consider the life of the user. Please "please" about the bicycle before "tell" the tourist information. ■ Staff does not have knowledge and is not well maintained. ■ Tire pressure is unreasonable. ■ The brakes are loose and not properly adjusted. The shoes are also worn out. ■ No basket. ■No mudguards. When running, pebbles bounce off and stain your clothes or hit your face. Why don't you put mudguards on? ■The seat post is secured with a hexagon socket bolt. I can't adjust without a hex wrench, and I can't even lend one during rental. If the height of the seat does not meet your body, you may not be able to adjust it during rental and you will hurt your knees and lower back. Why not attach a sheet clamp? ■The rear wheels are coaster brakes (a mechanism that reversely rotates the crank to brake). It is hard to use for inexperienced people, and there is a time lag before applying the brakes, and in the worst case a traffic accident will occur.

The female staff feels good, but the uncle's will go back in arrogant manner, and will only greet the customers without greetings or replies. There was a small store, and although the number of items was small, it was good that there were quite a few things that could only be bought around Awara Onsen.

It is a tourist information center in the station building. It is convenient because it guides you to parking lots and places where you can use hot spring bills today.
