A nice park in the middle of Tokyo. It has a large lake with a variety of wildlife. It's a good place to get shade in the summer and see the leaves change in fall.

4 minutes walk from south exit of Higashi Fushimi station Seibo Shinjuku Line, an artificial lake without being noticed as not natural formed. Rental boats rowing is 300 yen hourly.

Serene and good place to hangout with the family. You can also catch a boat ride whilst there.
