Really terrible. I specified the delivery time the day before so that I could receive it at night. Then, it was delivered at noon, taken home and stored at the store in charge. Since I requested delivery between 19:00 and 21:00, I kept waiting like an idiot, and if I thought it was strange and looked up the phone number after a few minutes after 21:00, I was only informed that it was outside business hours. I was really in trouble because I was planning to wait for this package and send it immediately, and I am resentful that it is a very irresponsible person in charge. Why do you take it home and store it? Why don't you deliver at the specified time? I trusted Yamato Transport, but this response is bad!
