Nice rest stop while walking the Hikone area. Desserts are nice.
Tasty Italian food. Had the Carbonara, which had a gentle creamy aftertaste. The seafood pasta was tasty, too. His desserts are the piěce de resistance. Try the cheese cake- its just nice, not overwhelmingly cheesy and not too sweet. And we're partial to his tiramisu- the cream has nice subtle accents and the texture of each bite is just satisfying. Its a peaceful one-man operated cafe; located on a main road; clientele mainly young women; and a pleasant place for a stop and for dessert.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and the food was delicious.
The focaccia and pasta were delicious, but the cheesecake was also good.
I would definitely like to visit again when I go to Hikone.
