Kura sushi chain is well known. Very inexpensive. 100 yen for a dish with 1 or 2 pieces. Not top quality since it is so cheap, but the value of what you get for what you pay is very high. In the USA, comparable sushi costs 3 times as much. You get to play the sushi game after every 5 dishes. Of course, you never win until 15 dishes. We had 65 plates and won only twice.
Shopped at AEON Kyoto till late at 9pm. Bread Garden bakery restaurant was among the few eateries which opened at that time. It was like Saizeriya, but with all-you-can-eat bread option. Bread should have tasted even better if I had visited earlier in the evening. The baked chicken and penne plate was tasty. With various choices of bread and free drink bar, I was full very soon. It cost more than the nearby food court, but I was happy with the food and comfy seating here.
Delicious bread plus well cooked steak & vegetables.
The food here is very expensive but was okay. Good for a shopping center.
It was perfect! I will come again.
