Good gym for cardio and CrossFit style lifting. The place lacks equipment for anything more serious geared towards bodybuilding. Though, you can get a nice workout in at this location anyway.

If you are non Japanese you will find the rules are different. The most racist experience I have had on over 10 years living here. I would not recommend anyone giving your driver’s license and alien card to these people.

Very crowded and really dirty. This gym smells so bad and all the bathrooms and shower rooms were nasty. There should be a cleaning crew that comes in the very early morning before everyone shows up.

I come to Okinawa for work every month. I used it for the first time outside the local gym. There are many running machines here. I felt the individuality of having a punching bag. Shower rooms are not very hygienic. There are also two dryers in the corridor, which are shared. Although the shower room is not very large, it is difficult to use because the door bends inward. Where you want a shelf in the shower room, there is only a floor to put shampoo etc. I felt that the locker for luggage storage was small. After 17:00 on weekdays, there are many people, but the rotation is relatively fast, so you can use it smoothly. It is convenient because it is ok to use only the shower after work
