I went there about 4 times, but the attitude of the aunt at the reception is the most funky. If you itemize which part you thought was funky, ・ Hello, I rarely give a nice greeting (experience 30%) ・ Hold a thermometer for the forehead for corona measures silently (no voice such as measuring body temperature) ・ At the end of the checkout, I'm trying to make a cleaning reservation three months later, but if I decline it, I'm in a bad mood for some reason (I'm sick of it and ignore it until I leave) ・ Do not make eye contact at all ・ While I was on the phone, I couldn't have a conversation (when I was asked "When is the latest time on the day of the week?", I asked when it was okay) * ・ While you are on the phone, if you don't get along with us, you will be in a bad mood. ・ While you are on the phone, you can hang up even though you are talking (you cannot do the basic thing of waiting until the other party hangs up) * ・ For some reason, I didn't attach a nameplate, so I may be doing funky acts as a convinced criminal (other female staff do) * Is a judgment by voice, so it may be wrong, but this funky aunt is the only person who takes such an attitude at the reception desk or telephone at the hospital in the first place. I guess it's not. [Countermeasure] The building is clean and the other staff are very helpful, but aunt fans can be extremely offensive, so be prepared once a short woman in her late 30s to 40s is at the reception. I think there is no loss in doing so. At first, I was angry at the unreasonable response, but when I introduced the measures I used, why don't you think that your life isn't going so well? Recently, I feel sympathy for Aunt Fan, saying that this aunt also has various things, and I have reached such a state. I really appreciate it.
