They no longer do all you can eat pancakes but there is still a nice menu at reasonable prices. Pancakes currently are 500yen with a drink and fries which is pretty good in comparison to a lot of pancake places in Australia.

Coffee 200 yen. The taste is better than Veloce. It's more vacant than the nearby Starbucks. There is an outlet near the wall. 2020/02 Coffee was 250 yen. 2020/09

Reopened! Basically it costs 500 yen with a drink There are various side foods. This time I ate a mango pancake 🥞 With a light cream on mochi mochi pancakes It was delicious. Potatoes will follow, but this is a flavor in the self-corner so you can taste it I think it's good to have a choice of what to do. There are seats and sofas and counters so it's okay to be alone 👌 Cospa was very good and it was delicious I want to eat another one next time!

The price is not too high and it may be made locally, so the display is not cluttered and it is refreshing and easy to see.
