Business hours are from 12:00, but it seems that it is run by one person (?), So it may be delayed by about 10 minutes, so I think it is better to go when it is definitely open. Please be careful because the holidays are as the sign. From Akita Station, walk a little. It's easy for one person to go and the meals with a focus on vegetables are delicious, so I want to eat them regularly.

There are three types of lunch (local erase lunch, bagel lunch plate, quiche plate with beans), which is about 780 yen for salad and organic vegetable soup. It was very delicious with fresh vegetables and avocado salad, quiche with beans and a mild seasoning. I also recommend home-made plum syrup soda percent which I drank after meals.
