I have been a fan of MUJI since a quarter century ago (probably w). And a fan of Ginza from the time of Kamikyo a quarter century ago. And a fan of bread. ... That means the elements that become a big fan of this Muji Diner Bakery is a large ant before it goes www I saw it actually went. Although the building itself is large, the inside of this bakery is small and there is not much bread. But it feels like every one is carefully made, and the price is cheap! Roll bread is 90 yen. So I bought bread rolls and melon bread and went home. Roll bread ... It is fluffy and quite cool taste ... delicious! I like this shop!

MUJI Ginza bakery. There are not many types of bread, but one is reasonably priced, and the simple feel fits the image of MUJI. Croissants 140 yen, bread rolls 90 yen, etc. are cheap even though it is in Ginza. The Tsukiji freshly baked bread was replenished, so if you are lucky you can buy freshly baked bread and eat in. It happened that freshly baked croissants were brought in, so I had them in the store. A crispy croissant. As expected, the taste cannot be beaten by a famous bakery, but it is not too harsh and delicious. I bought a croissant with bleached bean paste and had it at home. Personally, the croissant with red bean paste is delicious. The seats in the store have outlets and can be connected to a LAN, making it comfortable. I want to use it again.

A bakery located on the 1st floor of the world flagship store "Muji Ryohin Ginza". There was a limit of 5 per person in the first week of opening. In the morning, you can make an online reservation for coffee and roll bread and buy it immediately. Compared to the plain cafe that used to be in Yurakucho store before, there are fewer types. There are counter seats with power and standing seats.

We went before 9 am on weekdays, but there was only one customer. The bread stalls were smaller and more than 10 varieties. There are about 10 seats in the counter eat-in. I bought bread rolls, boiled bread and butter croissant. The bread is mochi-mochi and is close to mochi-mochi donuts. It is salty and buttery taste is modest. If it is freshly baked, the impression may be different again. The croissant is crispy, and the inside is stuffed with dough and there is an eating response. The buttery taste was thin, but the sweetness of the dough was felt well and it was delicious. Boiled bread is mochi mochi dough, anko made of ordinary sweetness. It has no sharp features and is normal. The whole dough is delicious in mochimochi, but the third one has got bored with one pattern. However, I think that it is delicious and the price is not a Ginza price, but a good shop. It would be nice if there were more types of bread.
