ICU Hachiro Yuasa Memorial Museum

High level presence as a university museum. Currently, a special exhibition [visiting a collection that sleeps in ICU] (~ 2020.3.13) is being held. Nishiki-e, tsuba and handle mirrors are all amazing. Don't miss the permanent exhibition of excavated earthenware.

Although it is difficult to classify genres, this museum is a collection of old Japanese things seen from foreigners, from Jomon pottery to Japanese dance. From a Japanese perspective, it appears to be a half-baked exhibition with a very unclear theme.

It's closed on Mondays, I think there was an old staircase and an interesting exhibition. I think admission was free.

It was a good place to take a walk. You can listen to students' performances with school meals.

The materials related to the ruins on the campus are overwhelming.
