The surrounding roads have many one-way streets, so it may be a bit difficult for people without geography to get there by navigation alone. The entrance to the parking lot is one way, enter from the south side (Umaimon Tavern @ Hino Esaru) side, and exit to the creative bar Spur Kitchen side. The road you exited is one-way and you can only turn left.

The entrance is on the south side and the exit is only on the north side. Be aware that the surrounding roads are one-way many.

This is a parking lot shared by the shopping district. It has 2 floors. The fee is 100 yen for 20 minutes, but there are many cases where service tickets are issued for shopping and medical examinations. One service ticket is equivalent to 300 yen (1 hour). Please be aware that the exit is a one-way street and will be closed during the Binzuru Festival.
