Small but fascinating museum very well maintained and cared for. Support for English speaking tourists through free guides tours and English language pamphlets. Definitely worth a stop through!

It's a really small museum but packed with history of the common people in Tokyo. I really enjoyed it. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and speak English well

Underrated museum! Very cheap (only 300yen) and there are a lot of interactive elements so it would even be good to take kids. Lots of history leaflets you can take away as well as your fortune and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good museum. You can see the old house and traditional decorations. You can interact with some items. Good for take photos. Entrance fee 300 yen. 2nd floor you will see traditional toy that you can play with and very old sento decorate and history. You can spend about 1 hours depend on your enjoy.

A bit small, but worth it. The super friendly English-speaking guide was more than happy to show me around, telling stories, and making sure I had a great time. I spent way too much time trying all the vintage games on the second floor.
