At the intersection in front of the fish market, the guide will not accept cars coming straight from the direction of Nakaminato Station when it is crowded. Therefore, I cannot enter because I cannot go straight. From the direction of Oarai, you cannot enter because the cone is placed and the right turn lane is gone. Only cars that turn left from the north will be accepted by the guide, so you can enter.
