A local, recently-opened cafe with fantastic coffee and super friendly staff! They roast their own beans and the store manager’s wife hand-makes all the sweets/pastries everyday. (They’re quite popular, so arrive early before they sell out!) The manager also speaks English if you’d like to ask for recommendations and/or chat.

I have oatmeal cookies 🍪 and latte as standard, but ginger latte is also delicious. Sometimes it's very crowded, but it's always a takeaway so I don't really care.
I'm looking forward to the baking development from now on 🤩

The small coffee roasters, cafes, and Soka / Koshigaya areas that renovated the shopping streets along the old streets of Soka City have few people who can roast delicious coffee. Community-based, friendly shopkeepers and staff. It may be better for people to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee to look for a "coffee shop", but the number of shops where they can meet delicious coffee is decreasing, so it is recommended.
