It is a free spot for both parents and children. Next to the Tachikawa Fire Station, it was a particularly valuable experience for children, such as a rescue corner and an earthquake experience corner that you would not normally experience. The children's disaster prevention experience plaza where you can dress as a firefighter had the eyes of your beloved son shining (laughs). After that, you can enjoy quizzes and games, so the time will pass very quickly. It is recommended that you have a valuable experience.

It's free, so I didn't expect it, but you can experience earthquakes, smoke, fire extinguishers, and more. There is also a disaster prevention quiz, and I thought it was a good facility where both adults and children could enjoy learning about disaster prevention. When I was struck by smoke, I experienced a situation where I couldn't figure out where the escape route was, and I was scared that if this was a real fire, it would be Erai.

There are plenty of attractions to raise disaster prevention awareness such as earthquake experiences and fire drills. I've been there several times but have never seen an extremely crowded place. I think you can spend it without stress. There are a lot of athletics and video teaching materials that simulate evacuation behavior, so even young children who cannot read letters can enjoy it for a long time. If you become an elementary and junior high school student, you will be able to learn more deeply. The attraction was accompanied by an explanationer (probably an OB of the Fire Department) and told us about the story along with specific experiences. It is convenient to go by bus from Tachikawa Station North Exit.
