A supermarket that's based in a shotengai (a local commercial street) and has a nostalgic feeling of less current times. It has an instore bakery, and considering the size of the site, it has a decent-sized cooked food section. Stocks a wider range of local products compared to major chain supermarket stores, including some niche products that I haven't seen before.
I came away with some instore baked bread, wakame seaweed from Tokushima, yuzu senbei snacks from Kochi, and organic miso made from local beans.
Prices tend to be slightly more expensive compared to major chains.
Bit small but other shops are in the area. Has a 100 yen shop above.

What is customer service? Some of the free-spirited store clerk who might think that it is a store that leaks all over when it rains (is it a tenant, so it can't be helped), but it still goes. Because it ’s delicious and you can eat with confidence.
