In the center of the culture park, it is a circular fountain surrounded by a characteristic sculpture. The foundation was engraved with the image of health on the front and Takehiko Miyanaga on the back. It is a painter who is concerned with Hino and seems to have devised the coloring of Odakyu Romance Car 3000 SE. It is pleasant on a sunny day. You can sit on a bench in the area and have a nice view of the scenery.

Parking lot is substantial, and there is event on Saturdays and Sundays, too, and it is rest place where flower is pruned beautifully.
