This is a hotel in a great location. I read the reviews and people need to do their research on Japan. Rooms are small. Beds are small. This isn’t USA. So the size of the room shouldn’t be a reason for a bad review. The rooms are clean and service is good. For me, beds were a little hard, which is not what we experienced in Kyoto. The location is excellent for access to the train station, restaurants are open late and it s close to subways. For what we paid, totally worth it. Not a 5 star hotel, but not a Motel 6 either.

Location location location!!! You cannot hope to find a better accommodating hotel in the heart of shinjuku at this price point. Our room was cozy and had an excellent view of the city skyline, a little smaller but that’s to be expected. The staff were warm and welcoming, and helped us schedule additional accommodations with ease. This was my fourth stay in Tokyo but by far one of the best.

Big, beautiful, convenient location, safe, great service and the rooms are bigger than most. The bathroom is the best! I brought my bags in the morning but check in is officially 2pm. They held my bags for me and when I came back to check in the bags were already in my room. This is also the hotel with the BIG Godzilla head on the terrace. If you like fun photo opportunities this is a great place to stay. Also, the view at night from your bedroom window is fantastic. Tokyo at night is awesome. Great for families if you have kids. It's situated in the red light district of Tokyo BUT with the entrance the way it is you can actually avoid it if you wish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Location is fantastic which was the main reason for booking this hotel. The rooms were small, typical Japanese size but they were the smallest we encountered for our whole trip (4 different hotels). Rooms were really quiet which is a must considering the location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed staying here.
