Masa SUBARU (10/02/2020)
It is a so-called free parking lot on the back approach. It is located under the cliffs of the Jingu Forest, which is swelling up, so you need to climb a fairly steep slope to worship. There is an Okumiya right on the cliff, and if you deviate from the approach and go a little, you will reach the main stone. When you return to the original approach and head toward the hall of worship, there are old giant trees on both sides of the wide approach that make you feel the history ... If you visit this parking lot, you will be able to enjoy the forest and topographical parts of Kashima Jingu.

Free parking. It is flat to Mitarai Pond, but be careful of wheelchairs as it is a gravel road. You can go to the Okumiya of Kashima Jingu from the rest area on the shore of Mitarai Pond. It is widely paved, but wheelchairs are not possible because there are stairs along the steep slope.

Kajima Jingu The Mitarai parking lot at Mitarai mouth is free, but there is a distance to the main shrine, so it is not recommended for those who have trouble walking! If you just want to enjoy Mitarai pond, it is a convenient parking lot! Thank you for having a public toilet! It was said that I used to pray here before worshiping, and there are a pair of pedestals with a rope attached, whether it is the remnant pedestal that had the Mitarai mouth torii gate, or the lantern pedestal!

Unexpectedly vacant free parking lot. A slope continues to the main shrine

As parking lot was free, it was good. From the front of Kashima Jingu Shrine, parking and parking fees will be charged. Because there is a distance to the main shrine, it is not recommended for people with bad feet. Pine and cedar feel history.
