An ashtray is installed at the storefront of Tsujisei Liquor Store. The location is adjacent to the supermarket Seiyu and there is a super liberty nearby, making it the busiest place in Nagaokakyo. There are many times when second-hand smoke flows when you pass in front of the store for commuting or daily life. I was born with a weak throat, and even a small amount of second-hand smoke makes my throat hurt. When I inhale the sidestream smoke, I feel uncomfortable because my throat hurts until the day, and in some cases, the next day. I negotiated three times to have the ashtray removed, but they didn't get along. I asked to install a tsuitate, but I installed only a small amount of vinyl, which has almost no smoke prevention effect. The other nearby tobacco shops and the tobacco shop in front of JR Nagaokakyo Station have been removed by themselves, probably because of complaints. Even if you protest, they will protest to JT, and you will be staggered by saying that it has nothing to do with passing in front of the store. It is not a violation of the ordinance. It is a matter of humanity with the idea that if it does not violate the law, it may cause health damage to people for their own benefit. I would like to hear your opinions.

It is an old local liquor store. We sell locally grown vegetables and flowers at the storefront. It's very fresh and bargain. It's hard to stop the car, so it's convenient to stop at SEIYU.
