There is a skilled staff called Tanaka. I was taken care of at the Akasaka store, but moved to the Itoshima store. After the transfer, there were some people who I could not rely on, so I was taking care of a nearby private store for a while. I let go of my car because I no longer use it for commuting, but when I buy the next Honda car, I think there is no other place than Mr. Tanaka's shop. Especially in the repair industry, such as sheet metal, there are a lot of unclear and unclear points. This person does it thoroughly. There was a lot of doubt at the other stores, but Mr. Tanaka went from periodic inspections, finishing sheet metal repairs (management of sheet metal contractors) to oral explanations, explanations of report documents, arranging substitute cars and accounting. There was no anxiety that all went ahead. This is the first time an engineer who has been able to serve customers so well. For some reason, I'm letting go of the car now, but I'm hoping that I can get along again. I think it's better to buy at a branch that has people you can trust even if you are a little far away, and if you have the burden of going to it later, have that person introduce you.

A few years ago, the response was poor. I'm still using the car, so the person in charge came from LINE once (I didn't even tell me), but what about contacting a customer who had trouble with LINE? He seemed to want to change the office in charge after moving, and spoke lightly with good language. Well, I hate it. I don't like it, but for troublesome customers. HONDA already ends up with this car, so please don't send me unwanted DMs.
