Customer service is really great. Good ski and winter clothing at a good price. I was surprised the staffs speaks good english. I highly recommend this place for Japanese and foreigners.

Didn't shop there, always go there to do work. Nice environment to chill with your laptop or study. But I personally don't like the coffee and food. I would recommend maple cinnemon latte and smoothie than the coffee
