I went to an experiential classroom.
After measuring body age, I experienced full course at the same time as explanation of equipment.
It is thought that it can do very efficiently and reasonably, and I want to go to school by all means.
I think that it will be really over in 30 minutes, except for the change of clothes.
Like a roundabout, if you get into a loop and try hard for 30 minutes, it seems like you get through.
All the instructors are also female and everyone is bright and it makes it as a pumpkin. Teaching methods and compliments are also polite.
Non-members are prohibited from entering the store. Because,
I am deeply impressed by the word "I want to support you as a woman, not as a wife nor mama."
However, only weekdays are from 10 o'clock to 19 o'clock and on holidays only from 10 o'clock to 13 o'clock.
It's business hours that I can not accept for a while if I work normally. It seems that there are many women in their 50s to 70s. But the youngest is a junior high school student.
It is very recommended if there is time!
There are times when I think it's awkward, but when I go there, it's over very quickly, so I'm continuing.
