Correspondence is the worst. I don't feel motivated. I was told that it would take time to find the parts, but when I asked how to find them later, it seemed that I just looked at the catalog and searched for the parts, so I waited for a week, but there was a reply that I could not fix it perfectly. After that, when I brought it to a major bicycle shop, it was not necessary to replace the parts, and it was fixed in about 3 minutes just by replacing the screws. It's the closest to my house, but I'll never go there again.
