Very bad service. Told us the rules multiple times in Japanese, each time taking >20 minutes, even though our Airbnb host already translated it for us to English, and it was agreed that we would be allowed entry after understanding the rules. Patiently listened to the rules the first time, as understand that rules are important to follow, however we were still bugged over and over again every time. There was even a sign saying no entry if we do not speak Japanese. Yes safety is important, but this is a gym, not a class to fly a helicopter. Speak of discrimination in this day and age!

Very good place, the only problem is the no tattoo police. You must hide all the time even in the shower.
