I made a triple of Mitsuse Kumquat, Ichigo-san, Ureshinocha and Saga-like gelato. Kumquat and strawberries are sorbet rather than gelato. Ureshinocha was the most delicious, so I thought it didn't have to be triple.
It was a shop where you can enjoy dessert slowly in a quiet shop.
It takes about 10 minutes, but freshly baked pancakes are very fluffy. The combination with the crispy crispness of the strawberry on it is also exquisite.
The left side of the photo is Saga mandarin orange, and the right side is sweet summer. It was a citrus gelato that was easy to eat.
