I like Yamato because it handles luggage carefully and keeps the time zone specified, but it is a level that I hate to use because the woman at the reception here is too unfriendly. Even if I ask politely, I will not smile, I will speak in a small voice that I can not even hear the aizuchi, and even if I say "Thank you" after the delivery of the luggage is completed, I will not even say "Thank you." .. I think it's a tough job with a lot of luggage, but since it's a hospitality business, I want only the receptionist who interacts with customers to be friendly. The drivers are all amiable, so it's a big loss.
