The Tochigi Strawberry Baumkuchen was amazing - brought them home to Singapore for my parents and they loved it. Really appreciate that they provided samples for customers to try before they buy.

The restaurant in the second floor is no tasty at all. Really below average food. Avoid if possible. It was after lunch time so all other restaurants in the area were closed. The pastry downstairs is much better and I recommend the ice cream (specially the cream and strawberry mix).

Authentic pastry that tastes so good that could be a worthy souvenir for anyone, esp. the rocky cake.

The special 鬼怒川温泉 baumkuchen was really good. I'm not of fan of baumkuchen, but that one was really exceptionally good and wasn't too soft.
