Very kind and helpful. They have us all the information we needed to make purchasing decisions and left us in peace to decide. Very high quality furniture say fair prices. They had someone who helped us translate for questions, but Google translate also helped when needed.
A nice furniture store with 3 floors of merchandise, but everything they carry is Japanese style furniture (smaller than American style), and pretty pricey.
Prices were a bit high, but HUGE selection of furniture! We purchased a sleeper couch here- delivery guys were excellent!
I heard that Elekta parts are sold on Elekta's official website, so I went to procure the missing parts on the shelves I brought from Honshu. However, there is no stock at all and all are ordered. It will take several weeks. Then, at this time, I will buy it by mail order. It was a complete waste.
