Shinagawa East Medical Clinic

During my visit to the clinic for vaccinations I also saw a practitioner in the regular general medicine section of the establishment for a very bad cold I had for over a week. I didn't have to wait that long even if there were a lot of people waiting. the doctor was a woman; she was very courteous and immediately she prescribed me some very helpful medicines. After all a very good experience.

I was at the clinic a few years back and it was a great experience but I didn't know they had also a Travel clinic. I was out of the country for a while. I'm going to Vietnam in 2 weeks so I came here to get some vaccinations. Didn't have to wait long, the doctor was very polite and the nurse was cute. I will be back. Recommend.

Not doing anything on time. Bad.

I am having a very bad experience here. i went there to pickup my blood test result. i need to wait for more than 1.5 hours just to be called to see the doctor. Many other people arrived later than me but being called earlier.Seeing doctor is just 5 mins and no issue with the results. I thought at first they are holding my number late because i need english speaking doctor, turns out that is not the reason. I dont know whether its because i am a foreigner or just the system is slow. When i complained to them, they just said "everybody need to wait" without any sense of apologizing. Bad customer service.

Receptionist was nice and spoke English, doctor was good and had me do a blood test and x-ray to notice I had pneumonia. Waiting time was about one hour, so not very quick even though I was there at 11am. All else was great.
