Horrible new location. Don’t even bother riding your bike here since there’s absolutely no place to securely park it. It’s on the 6th floor of the mall.

Lots of negative comments online but I think the shop is terrific. The wide and variety selection of goods are like a cyclists' heaven and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Ignored us when we came in. One staff member was heard muttering something about gaijins under his breath as he walked passed. Unfriendly atmosphere.
