It's been almost half a year since I started going to school, but I didn't have any history of physical activity or physical strength. Trainers are always politely instructing us. Nowadays, I feel the change in my whole body so that not only myself but also others can notice. The all-you-can-drink supplement and protein is also the attraction of the gym here. You can experience it in 30 minutes and feel different from other gyms! It's been a month and a half since I went there, but the bench press went from 80k to 110kg. There are a variety of beautiful interiors, machines, and free weights so there is no frustration such as waiting time. All you can drink supplements. I am very satisfied
