I am a Subaru dealer who is very kind and will work hard. There were a lot of minor troubles at the time of purchase, but we coped without one disgusting face. There is no forced sales, and I can give you an advice from an objective point of view.
The only regret is the response of the head office. I was not satisfied with the result, but I was complaining to customer support and the head office, but I was not treated as a Kramer at all.
However, dealers here had their own inquiries by asking relevant departments. I am not convinced even now, but my heart was struck by the enthusiastic response.
I will not buy a car in Subaru from now on, but I wanted to associate with the dealer here forever.
If the head office is better to think about customer service seriously? There is a considerable problem. Isn't that why so many recalls occur?
