There is a space that can be used when holding a small seminar. I find it useful because there are not many such spaces in the neighborhood. It is near the Tateyama interchange. My recommendation is "It's on the market but hot discount". It's a space where one person can take a flutter, and several people can enter it. I don't think there are any other shops that look so beautiful.
