If you go to the counter in the airport, you will be sent by a shuttle car. Since the number of people available is small, if several groups use the same flight, it will take time to complete the procedure and you will have to wait a long time. There is a counter in the airport and you can pick up and drop off, but the waiting time may be long since it will be picked up after a certain number of people gather. Because it is a few minutes walk from the airport, walking may be faster if the weather is good. When you leave the airport and walk left, you will see a sign at the end of the underpass. There is a smoking area and a vending machine outside the small hut in the office, but there is no trash can. Credit cards are accepted. The customer service is simple, but there is no fear of having to purchase insurance like other ORIX rental cars.
