The Bird Museum is the only bird museum in Japan managed by Abiko City. There is a Yamashina Institute for Ornithology in the same place, but it is a different organization. This is a private organization. As an aside, His Majesty the Emperor's younger sister, Sayako Kuroda, was part-time and worked as a bachelor. In the exhibition, stuffed birds are displayed in a glass case. There are many types and it is beautiful, but when taking a picture, the lighting reflects off the glass and it is difficult to take a picture. It is necessary to use accessories such as shadow removal or devise to prevent reflection. The view of Lake Teganuma from the terrace on the top floor is wonderful. Please take a look. There are conditions for wearing a mask when entering the museum. You also need to fill in the admission card. The admission fee is 300 yen for adults. 200 yen for college and high school students. Elementary and junior high school students are 100 yen. The car parking lot is across the road. Free.

I visited without knowing anything. I was honestly surprised that there was a stuffed animal that I couldn't imagine from the outside. Elementary school students were free and adults were 300 yen.
